Qualité en deçà des Rotring 600 classiques, (ball pen et porte mine).La qualité de construction ressentie est bien plus faible.Bien que la carcasse soit en métal (plus clair), celui-ci est bien plus léger. La qualité des filetages est aussi beaucoup moins bonne, avec une friction et un grincement lors du serrage. (Très lisse sur les 600 ball pen et porte mine). Il y a plus de jeu au niveau du bouton permettant de libérer la mine, et le design n'est pas identique aux autres 600. La texture du grip est aussi différente.Tous ces détails donnent un sentiment de contrefaçon, en comparaison de ses autres produits de la même série. Semble être solide tout de même.

Wonderful pencil, heavy and lovely to hold

Loses a star for lack of basic lead grade indicator and plastic internals.Anyway, it was initially stolen by a neighbour right out of my letter box, so I couldn't review till now. Got it back when I caught them trying to steal another Amazon parcel.

Probably the best of its kind out there. Beautifully designed and engineered. I’ve used a variety of their pens and pencils for many years and have been impressed by their ruggedness, reliability and sheer quality. I’ve found that any of the ilk with plastic parts in, eventually fail as the plastic deteriorates, these don’t fail. Expensive but you get what you pay for. Staedtler all metal types are nearly as good and cheaper which I can also recommend.

This is a superbly built pencil that is sturdy & comfortable to hold & use.My only two criticisms is the instructions give the impression diagram wise that it comes apart if needed - (no big deal)My main critical issue is for a pencil over £33 it lacks what is on cheeper pencils & that is a led sharpener usually found on the button.Nor is there any spare LEDs for this price.Otherwise it is a superb pencil ✏️
