My truck is a 2018 Ford F-150 XLT. It came with manual air-conditioning and the 4” screen. I wanted to upgrade it to a larger display. After doing research for available options, I went with the YULU. It had more features than other offerings and very good reviews for the customer service.I ordered my YULU E10 on May 15, 2023, and received it tree days later. It was very well packaged and was not damaged in any way. All the necessary items to remove the old radio/display and install the YULU were in the box. Instructions for the installation were easy to follow especially if you watch the videos YULU has posted on YOUTUBE.The entire installation process took me a little over three hours, but I was constantly stopping to double check with the video. The whole process was much easier than I had imagined it to be. It looks great and everyone that sees it is amazed by it and tell me that it looks like it was a factory option. That’s one of the many things I like about it, is that it built for the truck, and you can’t tell it is after market.I love how easy it is to navigate through all the different functions YULU has to offer. I really like the ability to have full screen functionality or the split screen dual use. I have not installed a sim card yet. I just use my cell phone as a hotspot, and it works great.I did have an issue when the over the air radio stopped working the first time, I used the media button on the steering wheel. I called the help line but didn’t leave a message. I just figured I would call back later. I was surprised when an hour later I received a text from the support number asking if I needed assistance and how they could help. I texted my issues to them and hey emailed me the solution with step-by-step instructions. It worked great and the issue was resolved. Very attentive of the company to text back a number that called but didn’t even leave a message just to make sure it wasn’t a customer with a question.While texting them, I also explained that the factory back-up camera does not work well with YULU, the image is jumpy and not clear. YULU is sending me the replacement for FREE! You can’t beat that for customer service!I would recommend this product to anyone. The quality of the design and the excellent customer service support is worth every dollar spent.

Upgrading the stock 4” radio to the YULU E10 was the best decision I ever made! After months of researching different Tesla style screens and reading reviews I had no idea what radio to choose. 90% of the reviews are negative, except for this device. Unfortunately, when I purchased it there wasn’t many reviews are videos to go off of so one day I decided to roll the dice! Lucky number 7!!!I’ve been having the device for almost a year now and it’s only getting better! Reasons why I would recommend the YULU E10 over other brands:- the install was super easy, I was able to do it myself without having to pay to get it installed. (PLUG & PLAY!)- it looks AMAZING! Everyone thinks it’sA factory in dash system. Blends in like OEM style.-retaining the manual AC controls is definitely a plus, because I hear of people having issues with the automatic touch screen ac controls.-everything was included with the purchase, unlike most devices I read about you had to purchase adapters, install kits, etc.- customer service is great. Anytime I reached out to them for something they were quick to respond and always made sure I was satisfied! With these devices customer support is hard to come by.- I was sent a back up camera compatible with my vehicle free of charge- Most devices you install will cause you to lose all or some of your factory controls such as the steering wheel controls for example. I was able to retain all of my factory settings without having to purchase extra adapters or parts.-the boot up time is super fast- I installed a Verizon SIM card in it and now it’s basically a computer in my dash! Working as a Safery coordinator, I spend a lot of time traveling to job sites and doing paperwork in my truck. With the YUlU E 10 I was able to download any app I needed for work and school. Microsoft 365, my safety software program, company and personal email, Facebook, weather apps, and a million more.I have an iPhone, and apple car play works perfect. No need to purchase extra adapters or plug in your phone,. My phone automatically connects when I get in my vehicle.Great for family trips and vacations, it keeps the kids occupied watching movies or playing games.Everyone that I showed it to fell in love and almost every single person that checked it out ended up buying one for their ford truck. If I had to type every single thing I like about this device I would be sitting here for days typing.If anyone has any questions about the device that I can answer please feel free to ask and I will give you the best answer to my knowledge. I hope this review helps other people that are undecided about which brand to go with because when I was in the market it would’ve been great to hear advice from other owners.OVERALL, this device is the top in its class! disregard all the negative comments you may hear, this is one purchase you will not regret!
