Hey everyone! I just wanted to share my experience with Magnesium L-Threonate. I've been taking it for the past 5 days and I'm already noticing some differences. My dreams have become incredibly vivid and my sleep feels so much deeper. I even checked my sleep tracking app, and it backs up how I'm feeling!I really think anyone looking to enhance their sleep should give this supplement a try. It's been a game changer for me and I bet it could be for you, too. The only small issue I have is that the dose requires 4 capsules, which totals 160mg. I'd prefer if it was a bit lower, like 144mg, but that's just me.All in all, I'm loving the benefits of Magnesium L-Threonate and I encourage you to give it a shot.

These magnesium tablets worked from day one. First day I took two in the morning and I got sleepy mid afternoon, usually I'm wide awake. So decided to take nearer to bed time, I slept all night, its fantastic. They are expensive but I wouldnt say to buy unless I thought they were worth it, they certainly are. I took only two to start, so it works out cheaper.

I like the fact that it is easy to swallow, been taking for 3 months ( I honestly have not noticed any difference, but maybe it that I do not know what to look at)
