We love this dispenser. The sleek design is minimal and very sophisticated. Elevated the areas where we use them. Very neat opposed to a big awkward paper towel roll. Dispenses one sheet at a time. Excellent for use in our bathrooms and powder rooms.

For everyone who owns one of these otherwise beautiful dispensers, after some time passes the ability of the spring to keep the paper feeding through the dispensing opening deteriorates. This results in, partway through the pack, the spring no longer lifts the riser high enough to pull a towel through the opening. I've seen the same design flaw in action at many commercial establishments that feature Torq dispensers. The solution presented itself when my usual brand of paper towels was not in stock. It seems most of us are using the 250 sheet count packs where the towels measure approximately 12.8 x 9.9. Instead, I bought Scott® Multifold Paper Towels (01840) that measure 9.2" x 9.4. The smaller size towel yields a more compact pack. By going this route, the riser keeps the towels at the dispensing opening from sheet number one through sheet 250. At the same time, a carton of compact towels holds twice as many packs (16 vs 8), so you get double the number of towels for the same price as you would the larger towels. I use this dispenser in my powder room. This is an upgrade for the cloth towels that I used before. No more damp towels to wash. There is an added feature on the side that moves from green to red and indicates the level of towels in the dispenser so that you know when you need to replenish them. This has become a must have for the bathroom that my guests use.

Fantastic dispenser. Doesn’t tip and fall over when reaching for a paper towel. The Kleenex brand is awful and too lightweight to do the job at a ridiculous price too. I actually saw and used this Tork dispenser in a bathroom at LAX on my way back from Japan. It caught my attention when I used it, took a photograph of it and ordered 2 when I got home. We use it with the Kleenex brand paper towels which are a both thicker than most others out there. 5 stars Tork!!

What a great investment. I was so tired of changing hand towels and using paper towels for my guest bathroom. Now I just buy a big box of the disposable paper towels. The storage capacity it a nice size and it is very light weight. Highly recommend. The replacement towels are a bit pricey but they do last a long time. Also most people need more than one to dry hands.
