3 stars only because these pills contain cellulose. I didn’t realize that at the time of purchase. Although they were effective - giving me the same boost as coffee. I noticed bloating in my belly. Which prompted me to look at the ingredients. Cellulose! Cellulose is the culprit. Cellulose causes me to bloat.😏 I should have read the label contents closely.

I'm not saying it doesn't work, but I couldn't take it past 2 days. It's a really strong product & my body couldn't handle it. Horrible stomach cramping & my body itched. I'm pretty sure it was an allergic reaction. I'll have to stick to drinking my green tea.

These are great capsules. So much better than tablets
