Great way to just remind yourself of different tools when dealing with employees, helps me everyday in my buisness to run a happy successful buisness/atmosphere

I ordered one for our daughter in law when she became a new manager. She has found it to be very useful.

It's a good book. Easy to read. Writing from one page does not flow into the next page. It is organized, colorful, and essential. The book is often introspective. A little less technical. For me, it did not add many new concepts, only 1 I hadn't heard of before as a beginner. I experienced 1 typo in the book. There are 467 pages, but the words are medium sized and there are a lot of very simple diagrams that fill much of the pages. This book is written well, unbiased, and good for framing a beginners mindset. It was written after COVID-19 and discusses a little bit about remote work/remote meetings etc. For me, the most engaging and interesting topic is at the end on the topic of negotiation and deal-making. The book does not introduce anything revolutionary or innovative. It is authoritative but never explains the source of its insights. I had no disagreements in the book, everything makes sense and is practical. I would recommend for a young adult or any person who wants to get into management and just needs to frame their mindset. I'll give it a 4-star because I had no real problems with the book and it was easy to read and presentable.
