How do we contact you regarding warranty? Worked 3 months and 1 week, and now the pump has quit.

Mine actually worked for 13 months. Still disappointed that it failed so soon. I have had others that do not use a pump to last 5 or more years. I really think that the pump has failed but cannot find any info on replacement parts.

why the humidifier don't go over 30%RH?

My humidifier can be set in 5% increments. It will achieve its goal at the high misting setting, but at medium or low it is much slower. I have tried this in an open room, and if the room size is too big, it tends to hover between 30 an 40% RH. Try it is a smaller room first to see if you can get the RH up to 40%. If not contact the seller….
