I'm 6'2" 245lbs and XXL fit me well. I normally wear L in American sizing. I dry them in the drier on low and they have held up fine so far. It's muay thai unless you have a lot of pairs you're going to be doing way too much laundry to make handwashing or hang drying worth it.

The look of these shorts is very pleasing. They are also a good price for shorts of this style. The quality of the shorts is durable; however, the fabric is nothing high-end. They are a good beginner's choice. I am 5 feet 8 inches with a size 28 waist, so I ordered the small. The fit is snugger than expected but very comfortable to wear.

The product arrived on time (thanks Amazon) the actual shorts themselves seemed good for the quality the design itself is vibrant, and the short material itself is this nice polyester blend which is great for my sparring sessions now these are traditional Thai shorts so don't buy your usual American size use the size chart provided and you should be fine. I am 5'8 150 pounds with a 32-inch waist I got an XL and they fit great. There is a little bit of ride up which is expected of Muay Thai shorts and it doesn't bother me but if that is a deal breaker for you it is there.

Delivered on time. True to size, comfortable for kickboxing and MMA training. Bright colors don't fade with washing (so far). Would buy it again.

First shorts. They fit well around my waist but a little too long. Great product but wish they were shorter
