I had purchased a different shampoo and conditioner from this company and I absolutely loved it, but they were out of stock so I tried these. I couldn't be happier. I have extremely long, rather thick hair. It can't be washed every day or it turns into a frizzed out nightmare. The amazing thing about these products is that my hair still looks and feels freshly cleaned on day 3. Even in this heat. It makes my hair soft and shiny and I'm amazed at how few tangles I'm getting. My hair can tangle when I'm sitting still doing absolutely nothing, but these products are doing a great job at fighting that. Also, the scent is pleasant, but not overbearing. Just an FYI...I do not apply heat to my hair and the only products I use are leave in conditioners. Though I didn't feel the need to use those after using the three of these.I would definitely recommend trying this set.

This product is amazing. I first heard about this from a friend I hadn't seen in a while. Her hair was shiny soft and smooth and I'd never noticed her hair before. She recommended this to me. It's one of thee best products I've e er used in my life and I've used many and paid 3x the price. I have corse frizzy unruly hair. After trying this for the first time I am blown away by how straight smooth and shiny my hair is. I have curly hair and normally wear it curly. I will try their curly hair products next. If you straighten your hair this is the only product you will ever need.

After a shipping mishap with the first set of these where the shampoo busted open and leaked everywhere with shipping, then having it re-sent successfully, I finally got to test this out! I like the set, it comes with shampoo that’s a silky typical shampoo texture but maybe thinner, conditioner that is really thick and buttery, and a liquid final-step that you use after washing and conditioning that warms up as it contacts your wet hair. I haven’t noticed it make my hair, a naturally wavy type, any less frizzy, but it is definitely softer and shinier! Maybe as I continue to use the set, my frizz will decrease some (here’s hoping!). The smell isn’t anything to write home about, it’s not unpleasant but I wouldn’t say it smells /good/, it’s not floral or fruity or warm smelling, but not strongly like chemicals either. I don’t notice any odd smells on my hair after showering and rinsing well, so no complaints there. I’ll update if I notice my frizz finally taking down a bit!

I love this set. It keeps my hair moisturized and smooth. I don’t have to straighten my hair after blow drying. I’m disappointed that they discontinued this. I bought two sets!

The shampoo smelled like expired milk and when I asked NYM corporate about it they told me they do not make this product any more, so maybe it was expired! I wouldn't recommend buying this, they are just trying to sell out the old remaining product. NYM should honestly be embarrassed that they are still selling this even after so many reviews complaining of the smell.

Conditioner is great. Treatment is great. Shampoo was watery. If that's the consistency it's supposed to be, put it in a pump bottle, not a tube.

Keeps my hair shiny and smooth. I wash my hair every other day or two and it stays and feels clean all the time. One thing they need to do when shipping is to not cut the bottoms on the shampoo and conditioner tubes. This happens when they package it in plastic. When you squeeze the product out it comes from both ends.

Spent years and dollars trying to find what hair products can team, my dry, wild, frizz, and flyaways. This has been the only thing that works! The liquid rinse is amazing on silky shine!
