Is there a silicone cover compatible for this interface while using the minimal foam? I prefer the feel of silicone covers.

Also, the nose guard on the facial interface would need to be removed. I hope this helps!

Does it work with the original quest too?

No. This item is only compatible with Meta/Oculus Quest 2.

Does the interface come with the foam already attached to the bracket OR does this mean i received a used one?

It comes with 3 different sizes/thicknesses of foam. It comes with the middle thickness already attached. The foam pieces are removeable. they simply attach to the spacer. It somes with 2 different plastic spacers. the slightly longer one is for people who wear glasses and may need the extra space. So, no, I do not think you got a used one.
