These work so well. My son gets bloody noses pretty consistently and we have tried so many things. We can get his bloody noses to stop in such a shorter time when he uses these. I really like that there are different sizes so we could find the right fit for him and that it was comfortable.

This is my second Nose It All tourniquet because I like to pack one to-go for trips and my daughter’s sport games. My friend introduced me to Nose It All when he told me about how his daughters often got nosebleeds and how this product helped stop the bleeding with little to no mess and fast. I gave it a try and sure enough when my daughter got her next nosebleed I put it to the test. I was shocked to see how quickly it worked. No hassle with wads of toilet paper and blood all over the place. Less than 1 minute and she was on to her next activity. My daughter is 14 and often gets nosebleeds before bed and during the change in seasons so it’s nice not have to worry about it and know that she knows what to do next time. If you’re child gets nosebleeds often this is definitely worth the try. Highly recommend.

If you or someone in your home has frequent nosebleeds this is a MUST have item for your medicine kit. I cannot find the words to express how much this has helped our family in the past few months. Our son gets frequent nosebleeds (especially over night) and this has been a life saver. My five year old can now manage a middle of the night nose bleed with minimal help from us in about five total minutes. I will say that getting the device placed properly with adequate pressure is critical - it took us a couple tries to get that right and once we got that down my son could get it placed and stop a nosebleed on his own.

It didn't work to stoop a nosebleed.

These were for my husband who gets nosebleeds a LOT. This gadget will stop the bleed if he applies it at the first sign of a bleed. If there is any significant delay, like it starts when he is outdoors and he has to come inside for treatment, it doesn't seem to work. So we give it four stars, withholding the fifth for the times it doesn't work.

We live in a dry desert and my family gets nosebleeds fairly often. My littlest kid was having real long ones and sometimes in the middle of the night. We tried a few other solutions, but this thing works! Instant bleed stop! Just keep in it there for 7-10 mins and you are done! Great product!

I have had nosebleeds since I was a child, and it is so annoying and sometimes embarrassing if it happens when I’m not at home. A friend told me about this product and I thought I’d give it a try. I am happy to say it works! It definitely came in handy a couple of times. When my nose started bleeding, I placed the device in my mouth and bit down on it for a couple of minutes, and it stopped bleeding completely! It’s easy to use and fits pretty comfortably in my mouth. I highly recommend it! I am so happy my friend told me about this nifty little device!

I ordered this for my cousin’s son who’s always getting nosebleeds. The first time he tried to use it, his mom had to force him coz he was hesitant, at first, but it worked just after a few minutes. He got a nosebleed today and he immediately put it in and about 5 minutes later he was nosebleed free. He said, “It really works! I can’t believe I was so against it trying it the first time.” My cousin said she carries one all the time in her purse now. I definitely recommend this product!
