Excellent product well worth the price. I have had these chews for a week now and wanted to share my thoughts and advices. Just to get this out of the way first, these WILL NOT give you a sculpted jaw if you are not also losing body fat through diet and exercise (weighttraining/cardio). Everyone has abs, but you cannot see your "six pack" unless you are LEAN. Same applies to your jawline. With that being said, I am very impressed with the overall presentation, value, and quality of these chews. You are actually paying for four chews, not one - with each color offering increasing levels of resistance. This increase in chew resistance is exactly as increasing resistance in a gym weight lifting training regimen. So as your jaw gets stronger, and those muscles start to build, you are able to keep increasing the tension for even greater continuous jaw gains. I have used these extensively for the past week and have not noticed any damage or degradation of the chews. Now the bad side (but there is a fix), if you are prone to an easy gag reflex, then you may have to modify the approach you use with the chews. I gag easily and when I try to insert both chews on either side, I am often unable to keep them in for too long before I wretch and have spit them out. Easy fix though. I am now doing each side separately with about 30 repetitions per side. I am still getting a good workout and achieving that soreness - which is indicative of muscle tearing, rebuilding = GROWTH. Overall, the Mayena jaw exercisers seem to be a solid investment.

I have had several of these mouthguard type of jaw exercisers, but these are definitely my favorite. I like how comfortable these are. With some other exercisers, I feel some discomfort in my teeth as I bite down, but I did not have that same feeling with these. This means I am able to do more reps. I am no beginner to jaw exercisers. I have purchased and gone through several jaw exercisers, even using one adjustable jaw exerciser that I turned the resistance up all the way to 130 lbs. That said, to make sure I got my money's worth and to try the product out fully, I decide to start with the least resistance each time I get a new jaw exerciser and work my way up. I am still on the blue one (beginner, 30 lbs) and will move to the 40 and 50 lb. resistance once the blue one becomes unusable. There are a few holes my teeth punctured in (to be expected), but it is still going strong. I think what really helps is the design here. There are lines, or grooves, at the top and bottom that seem to help limit damage to the mouth guard. I have went through devices like the Jawzrsize Pop 'N Go advanced green faster than the beginner blue jaw exerciser here, and these cost less. I also think these do better at sculpting the jaw and are easier to use because of the comfort they provide.

Used for about a week at the advanced level and I was feeling small pieces in my mouth to come to the realization that these products break off in your mouth if you chew too hard, cool product but wish it didn’t fall apart in your mouth

The packaging of this facial/jaw trainer is pretty nice. I have been using this now for about 10 days and it was about the 5th day I noticed that it was toning my jawline. I didn't think it was going to work. So, I kept going just to make sure I wasn't imaging it. This set works. It feels strange at first but I followed the directions to a T and am seeing results. I suggest to do it in the evening while watching tv, crocheting, or reading a book - that's what I did. I have to admit I am impressed and will continue to use it. Very very happy! Thank you!

Material isn't strong enough and thin it'll start to break after a month. I had to use 2 at a time to get a good effect 😂

This product is utterly useless. Not only can it cause potential dental issues, but it didn't occur to the designer to have a bit of a strap in the middle of the mouth guard for quick removal? But I laughed with their warning disclaimers that alleviate themselves of any dental problems or choking hazards. Worthless.

using these are good exercise but they are a bit soft and teeth can cut into them creating holes if one has sharp teeth.

El producto en dos días se habré solo mordiendolo y no dándole un uso inadecuado, no lo volvería a comprar!

So far no problems. I leave them on my desk and chew every day (then wash them off!). No visual results yet but I've moved up in strength in only a few weeks.
