I COULD GIVE IT 10 STAR'S ... JUST BEAUTIFUL AND APPEARS WELL MADE, I WAS GOING TO GIVE TO TOYS FOR TOTS > BUT I'M KEEPING FOR THE GRANDSON WHEN HE GETS A LITTLE OLDER : ) THE BED IS A LITLE HARD TO WORK, BUT I'M SURE AFTER REPEATED USE WILL BECOME EASIER. AFTER I'M DONE PLAYING WITH IT : )

My grandson was creating his own tow trucks, so I finally got a real one for him. He has truly loved playing with this tow truck as he himself tows his other cars. An awesome toy for a dude at play...great purchase.

Great better than I thought it would be

This was a gift for our grandson. He loved that the doors, hood and side tool boxes opened. Well made and will get many hours of playtime.

I have the same model but the fast and the furious version. That one works flawlessly and I had no problems. It was super smooth. I ended up giving it to my nephew so I wanted to get a replacement. This replacement is subpar to say the least. The flat bed does not slide back even though it seems to want to. The side mirror came off while unwrapping the plastic. I wish I could like it. As mentioned by someone else. For a die cast car this has way too much plastic for my liking.

My grandson loves the flat bed tow truck, BUT the bed does NOT function easily or smoothly, making it a frustrating toy. You have to slide the bed backward to be able to tilt it, which is often very difficult, if not impossible, for a kid to do. He brings it to me and, after several minutes of wiggling and tugging, the bed FINALLY moves. The same frustration exists when returning the bed to the original position. He cannot do it, and brings it to me. It will come off the track completely. The toolboxes (2 on each side) are plastic. The tie-down "rope" (elastic) does not stay fastened and is not long enough for a larger vehicle. My grandson gets frustrated that it keeps coming undone (because the hook needs to be curved more). There are plenty of plastic pieces that are loosely attached and I am willing to bet they won't last long. The doors and hood all open, and there is enough detail inside to make it more realistic. The size of the truck makes it possible to haul several small Hot Wheels or Matchbox cars, or the slightly larger cars and trucks (sorry, I don't know the scale of those, but they're often sold individually). Considering the price of this toy, it should work MUCH better than it does! Why did you pick this product vs others?: I chose this, despite the high price tag, because it looked realistic and was SUPPOSED to be a fully functional flat bed truck.

Great as a display piece. This isn't a toy. Could've done with wheel chocks for displaying in loading process. Rear spec lift should tuck further under the tray and is too short/flimsy for any kind of use.

Unpacked and got a shock. Pieces falling off. Chipped paint. Parts not attached. For the money you expect a lot better for sure.
