I am a fan of Now products and have been using multiple products of there through out this specific is for stress relief which does help I have been taking 1 once as needed and it does help with my stress and keep me calm my heart is not racing any more .

Great product

This is a great sleep and anxiety supplement. It is subtle, but has nice calming and sleep-promoting effects I notice within around 45 minutes of taking it. Taking this plus melatonin before bed has made a big difference in my sleep quality and the number of times I wake throughout the night. Here is my breakdown of the formulation:**150mg Lactium - Clinically studied milk peptides, has shown benefits for stress, anxiety, and sleep quality at 150mg per day.**300mg Ashwagandha extract (2.5% withanolides) - The good is that this uses a standardized ashwagandha extract, but the bad is that it isn't a patented or clinically studied formulation, and 2.5% withanolides is weaker than a lot of the popular ashwagandha extracts like Sensoril or KSM-66.Thoughts:It's a great sleep supplement. I'm a little disappointed that they didn't go with a clinically studied ashwagandha extract. There are a number of ashwagandha extracts that have been proven to improve sleep quality (Shoden, Sensoril, etc) - so they could have really supercharged this supplement if they went with one of those. But the Lactium milk peptides is very well studied, and has shown great efficacy in studies. Overall this is a solid formulation and has worked well to improve my sleep quality and stress levels.

My daughter's psychiatrist recommended ashwagandha to help her sleep. Unfortunately, these capsules were too large for her to swallow. Since I'd already bought them, I thought I'd try them and I don't have trouble sleeping, but read they were good for stress, and I was totally shocked to find they do work! I have anxiety and just a lot going on in my life right now, so my shoulders are often tense. I don't know how this stuff works, but somehow when I take it, I'm just more relaxed in stressful situations than I normally would be. After taking it for about a week, the effect wasn't as noticeable, so now I just take it when I know I'm going to have a really busy or stressful day. When I researched ashwagandha, one thing I read said it might not be safe for your liver for long term use, so I'll just take it as needed and not daily. I honestly was shocked that I could tell that it did anything the first time I took it. I've never had any supplement do that, ever.

as always another excellent NOW product that is priced affordably and is of a quality i trust.i got these to go along with L-theanine powder (nutricost), Holy Basil extract (also NOW brand), liquid reshi mushroom extract (swanson) and 25mg of full spectrum CBD oil.. this is the ingredient combination my daily medterra wellness capsules for stress and immune support that i have been taking for about 7mths which has made a big difference in my mood, especially in the AM.. Medterra is no longer selling it so after researching brands/etc, i’ve made up my own with all of these ones, it is well worth doing so for me..

I normally take Sensoril brand Ashwaganda. It gives me mild improvements in my mood (I have a few different mental illnesses). I thought I'd try this one.The pills are slightly bigger than Sensoril, but they aren't too big. Pretty much your standard gelcap size.I've been taking it for about a week now and I haven't noticed any change from the Sensoril. If I forget my Ashwaganda for a few days in a row, I normally start to notice a shift in my mood, so a week is long enough that I would notice it if this one didn't work.Overall I'm pleased. I like the Now brand-- I trust the brand and have had good experiences with their products. They are made in the USA.The expiration date is about 2 years away from when I got the bottle, so that's another plus.
