Tikom Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo 2 in 1, 4500Pa Strong Suction, G8000 Pro Robotic Vacuum Cleaner, 150mins Max, Wi-Fi, Self-Charging, Good for Carpet, Hard Floor

Was a good purchase for me. I have a house that is only 2 rooms; the upstars ~ 750 ft sq, carpet and the downstairs which is ~ 800 ft sq, carpet & kitchen and bathroom vinyl floors. Unit picks up cat litter and most cat hair from both carpet and vinyl. I run it without the app and it finds it's way around pretty good. I always remove any kitchen chairs and anything that might trap the unit (toy mousers, power cords etc.). I have seen it get stuck under a chair for quite a while. You will learn from experience what might trap the unit. The magnet strip keeps it from falling down the stairs pretty well. I run the unit on a higher vacuum setting than factory setting. Cleans better, but takes more battery power. Will clean the downstairs making multiple passes over most of the area. Charging the battery when run pretty much down takes a while. When starting a clean I pics a spot (usually the bathroom near the litter box and point it to the wall in the corner. This makes sure that it doesn't miss this area. If it does get trapped of fouled it will shut down and have to be restarted as it will not remember where it has been. Typically I let it run until it needs to recharge at which point it may or may not find its way back to the charging station. It is good to turn it over when servicing the filter box and make sure there is nothing fouling the brushes. Easy to clean brushes. It will make a difference in how well it cleans. I use an air sprayer (small compressor) to clean the foam filter and the HEPA filter. This way the filters will last a log time before replacing. If you don't have a compressor you could probably use the canned air for cleaning computer hardware. Prepping the space and putting everything back when finished is the most work and is worth the trouble. I have not used the mop feature yet.

This replaces a much-loved but old Shark robot. It forgot how to find the charger, and it was time for robot heaven. Reviews on this unit seemed real (unlike some others) and said what i needed to hear. After getting it the day after ordering, i unboxed it (nice sustainable packing material) and plugged it in to charge. The instructions were thorough and understandable, tho' clearly NOT written by a native english speaker. The wifi didn't link at first - but when i followed instructions and put the unit close to the transmitter, it worked first time. (doh!). It did a great job mopping the kitchen (first time in 2.5 years). It then swept the dining room and hallway, collecting LOTS of cat hair, kibble and random dirt. At the lowest setting or while returning to the charger, it was EXTREMELY quiet, as it was on low and on normal suction level. When i turned it to max, the Tikom was about as loud as the old Shark's volume when on normal suction. Not bad at all. The design and construction were excellent. It feels very solid, and lots of its features show attention to detail in the design. Lots of thought went into it. For example, when the removable water tank and attached mop pad holder are installed (very easily) the sweeping function is automatically disabled. After mopping my small kitchen, the battery was still basically full. It comes with a spare mop pad, a set of 4 brushes, extra HEPA filter, etc. Emptying the dirt container is easy. The hinged top cover swings up, and lifting the handle of the dust bin unlocks it. Push a button on the side, and it empties itself. Replacing it is a snap. The only thing the Tikom DOESN'T do that the Shark did that i miss a little bit, is the happy little beeping song of achievement the Shark made when it docked at the charging station. To the Tikom, returning to the charger is not worth bragging about - it's more of modest "Just doing my job" attitude.

Somehow the makers of this robot vacuum cleaner found the perfect design, a marvel of engineering! ...When it comes to getting USB charging cords stuck in the thing's wheel wells. I have had to engage in major surgery probably fifteen times in the two years I've had this thing, trying to remove the stuck cords. I do try to remember to Tikom-proof the apartment but if I forget and a cord is left on a power strip? It finds a new home, wedged in this thing's wheels. It's pretty annoying. I've had six different Roombas over the years and that never happened even one time with those. Still, the little thing does a decent job and fills its dirt trap well every day so I feel pretty forgiving. Plus it was a good bit less expensive than the Roombas and cleans just as well, so. I guess I'm a robot vacuum wheel well surgeon now.

I bought this when we moved into our 2200 square foot home and we have 2 dogs and 3 cats. Let me tell you best piece of equipment to help with our cleaning duties. Picks up hair, pet hair and what ever is on the floor but easy enough if it’s something that shouldn’t be there it will let you know . We can’t live without this piece of cleaning tool. Since then I have purchased 2 as wedding gifts and will continue to do so. If I could buy one for everyone in the world I would. I feel this would make any woman, mom and or who ever life’s easier. They do say work smarter not harder. Vacuum quality is awesome worth every cent.

El robot funciona bastante bien, tengo dos perras peluditas y una pequeña de 21 meses y me deja el suelo que es tarima muy bien tanto en fregado como en aspiracion. A los 11 meses dejo de funcionar el wifi y me puse en contacto con atención al cliente. Me mandaron el módulo wifi con un video muy bien explicado de su instalación y en 5 minutos lo tenía instalado y funcionando perfectamente. En aduanas me reclamaban aranceles por el envío del módulo wifi y también se hicieron ellos cargo y me lo reembolsaron. Lo recomiendo.

Ich habe innerhalb von 1,5 Jahren 3 wohl baugleiche Geräte gekauft, um meine Wohnung (nur Hartboden) ohne Probleme ein bis zweimal täglich zu reinigen – Effekt: mehr als sauber… Laresar Evol 3, Tikom G8000 Pro und Honiture G20 Pro scheinen baugleich zu sein, die Modelle mit 4500 pa Saugleistung – und da sind wir bei den Vorteilen: - relativ Saugstark - Hepa Filter – bedeutet bei täglicher Reinigung des Bodens wird gleichzeitig die Luft so stark „gewaschen“, dass nahezu kein Staub mehr in der Luft ist – Effekt: Kaum noch Staub auch auf Schränken. Beim allerersten Reiniggungslauf nach Kauf des ersten Modells war Behälter komplett voll! obwohl vorher gesaugt. Heute ist das Leeren selten nötig. - Günstig im Unterhalt: Laufende Kosten sind Strom (keine Ahnung wieviel genau) und 3 Euro/halbes Jahr (im 10er-Großpack) für 3 Filter für die drei Sauger – hätte man nur einen Sauger alle 2 Monate. Würden Sie nass werden, würden sie öfter getauscht werden müssen. - nachhaltig: Das Gerät scheint robust und die anderen Teile halten schon 1,5 Jahre (Tikom) ohne ausgetauscht werden zu müssen. Zudem Akkutausch über Schraub-Klappe und Steckverbinder, falls mal nötig. Die Seitenbürsten nach 1,5 Jahren angegriffen, aber erfüllen noch Funktion. - Software scheint weiterentwickelt zu werden (nacheinander gekaufte Modelle unterscheiden sich im Verhalten) So bleibt der neuest weniger an Möbelausparung hängen, die nur wenig größer als der Roboter sind - Kommt gut unter Möbel und in die Ecken – da niedrig und Durchmesser nur 32 cm – dazu zwei Seitenbürsten – in den Ecken schwächeln daher Topmodelle und kommen, wenn mit Laserturm 2 cm höher auch nicht so gut unter die Möbel - Kleine Ladestation statt aufwendige und große Reinigungsstation. passt wie Roboter unter Möbel – sind damit unsichtbar, wenn sie nicht gebraucht werden - Ersatzteile günstig verfügbar, da Volumenmodell (neben Filtern, Hauptbürste, Seitenbürsten, Akku). Aber auch nach 1,5 Jahren außer Filter nichts tauschen müssen - Geht ausreichend sanft mit den Möbeln um – wird langsam, tippt sie an und wechselt die Richtung - Kann wischen (habe ich Anfangs genutzt, aber Filter halten kürzer und ich putze lieber ab und zu selbst) - Arbeitet ausreichend leise - 2 Meter langes Magnet-Absperrband liegt bei (gibt intelligentere Lösungen, aber funktioniert) - Wassertank und Staubbehälter getrennt und gut erreichbar – gefällt mir besser als Kombibehälter - Ausreichend intelligente Navigation (fährt in geraden Linien und die Ränder entlang) auch ohne App und trotzdem findet er die Station. Daher nutze ich die App nicht - Fernbedienung und Knöpfe am Gerät reichen mir - Scheint robuste Sensorik zu haben, Gyroskop und ein Schalter in „Stoßstange“ und vielleicht noch ein Näherungssensor - funktioniert alles konstant und das seit 1,5 Jahren beim ältesten Modell Nachteile: - Etwas schlechtere Navigation eventuell, als Topmodelle, die sich diese allerdings auch durch Nachteile wie Laserturm und dadurch Kombibehälter erkaufen - Lose Kabelenden saugt er auf, müssen daher vorher entfernt werden - im Staubbehälter sitzt am Eingang eine Membran, die sich nach kurzer Zeit verabschiedet – ist für Funktion nicht relevant und sonst alles robust - Bleibt manchmal an Möbelaussparungen hängen, die nur geringfügig größer sind, als er selbst, schaltet sich dann ab (weniger bei neuestem Modell) So neutral: Auch intelligentere Saugroboter brauchen Zuwendung in Form einer Reinigung (alle 2-3 Monate – mit Filterwechsel/Reinigung Behälter und Gehäuse) und in Form des wöchentlichen Entleerens des Staubbehälters. Eine Saugstation verspricht hier noch mehr Unterstützung. Finde ich aber nicht wirklich gut: zu groß, zu laut, zu teuer, eventuell zusätzliche Kosten durch Verschleiß. Fazit/Meinung: Erfüllen die ESSENTIELLE Funktion zuverlässig: STAUB ENTFERNEN und das besser, als 220-V-Sauger. Wirken qualitativ. Fahren unter Möbel, haben kleine Stationen, machen sauber auch in Ecken, sind günstig in Unterhalt und Anschaffung. Akku lässt sich mit etwas Geschick wechseln. Ich finde: Sehr nachhaltig gelöst.

J'ai 1 chat et 2 chiens dans la maison, Ça marche très bien pour nettoyer les poils d'animaux ! bon rapport prix et qualité, attention : si vous mis respirateur et balayage en fonction en même temps, recharge la batterie 100%, mode respiration et balayer moyen , le temps duré 60 à 65 minutes pas de 150minutes(peut-être en fonction que pour balayer en puissance basse). App très pratique pour contrôler , recommande à tous!

Eravamo un pò titubanti sull'acquisto pensando fosse il solito oggettino che poi non utilizzi invece si è dimostrato un vero aiuto nelle pulizie di tutti i giorni. Buona l'aspirazione e ottimo il lavaggio. Posso dire senza dubbio, dopo un mese di utilizzo, che non ho la necessità di prodotti più evoluti, si comporta egregiamente. Compatibilità ottima con l'app Smart Life ed Alexa.

L'appareil a une très bonne puissance d'aspiration 5200 PA , plus puissante que certains robots mille de gamme de marque plus connue. Impressionnante la quantité de poussière aspirée . Le lavage est juste correct car ce ne sont pas des serpillères rotatives ( question de préférence ). Fait le job pour son prix.
