Very versatile
Ol’ JD chips, good for flavoring food and beverages. The only negative thing they have to say about the last batch of chips I got is that there wasn’t enough charred pieces.

Great smoke flavor
These chips had break smoke flavor. But they took forever to get properly smoking. The smoke is definitely a great addition to ribs and pork butt.
