Good for medium size guys
For the price, its a great product.I haven't even tried the spikes part.Not sure if I would trust it for a big man. Good service, though actually they sent it very late, and did not offer compensation for putting my work a week late. Making me miss my deadline - ruining my summer in that way. But it was sent by Amazon, so they should have refunded that. So, Im still giving this company 5stars. Amazon is losing, breaking, sending to wrong adress, a lot of shipments.
