Does what I hoped it would. GABA on its own doesn't really do a thing for me (as expected since it can't cross the brain-blood barrier) - Picamilon solves this issue, providing a better mood and alleviating some of the anxiety, particularly the physical symptoms. It's nowhere near as strong as a certain GABA analogue whose name also starts with "p", but it's also not addictive, so you can take it more often, which is a great plus. It kicks in within an hour from my experience.As other reviews mention, although it's advertised as 300 mg, in reality, you get 50 mg per capsule. I see it as a pro - it's easier to get the dose you want as personally, I don't see the need to exceed 100-150 mg and it works just fine. Still, it is quite pricy but it's a hard catch nowadays and I think it's worth it.

Now a rare find indeed, I do think it is abit over priced & label is misleading, it says 300mg when in fact it is a mere 50mg , you need to take 6 for any type of effects, it would be better if it was made with more potency to justify the price , given the bottle doesn't last long having to take 5 tablets at a time , it is however effective for mild anxiety & for some helpful for insomnia, picamilion was developed in the 1960s Russia, it is safe & me & friends I've given it to have not had any side effects, easy to ingest the small capsules , wish I could say its value for money but it is overpriced I order it now and then ,but overall it is overrated altogether, Do your research

Great quality product which is really hard to get, but way overpriced in my opinion.

Okay product, abit too expensive given the dose is only 50mg when they suggested taking 4 , bottle lasted about a week
