Really nice addition to my set up. Very lightweight and durable. So many different exercises can be performed so it's definitely an easy recommendation. Stitching and materials used are far better than I expected, so this thing should last years.

Incredible, absolutely love using this for triceps and I've started using it for hammer curls too as the ropes at the gym get uncomfortable with higher weight. Very good quality, would 100% recommend

Versatile piece of kit that you can throw in your gym bag. I've used it for tricep extensions, curls and rows so far. The grip feels comfortable and more natural than holding traditional cable attachments. Highly recommended and a good investment for regular lifters.

I don’t normally write reviews but this bit of kit is so good I had to. Firstly, fab service by the seller. As for the kit- very well made, so much versatility and so much better than using a rope. I can already see improvements and far less strain on the wrists.

This is WAY better than the ropes in the gym, I find it’s much more comfortable on my hands and I can put my hands in any hand grip easily
