I have to say that I believe these things work. Normally when I feel a bout of gout or PA coming on, the next day it's painful as he*l. Two times that I felt one coming, I popped 5 of these TINY pellets and the attack never got bad - and in one case, disappeared overnight. Of course, they taste like 100% sugar pills so the positive effects could be coincidental -- just sharing my experience.
