The crucial factor for this product is the ease of installation of the battery. The battery is operating as exspected.

I had high hopes for this battery. It lasted a whopping 7 months and then just quit charging for no reason at all.I ordered another version from a different brand so we will see how that one compares to this one.

Easy to replace old battery, but be careful to not pull ribbon cables loose! Disconnect properly while holding keyboard. Battery goes in easily and just need to properly reconnect all wiring.

Not quite full HP quality, but fit fine and calibrated well. Run time has dropped some from initial estimate, but still running three times as long as my dying original battery. Would still rate it a good deal for the money.

Easy to install and my laptop is back just like new.

I'm just hoping the other one was a defect.

I hope this was a fluke...but the battery fully charged and discharged (as instructed) only 2 times over a period of three days. While using the computer on battery only...it lasted Now it will not charge at all. I received permission to return and they will send another...hopefully, the new one will work fine.

Installed easily, but have not had it long enough to rate battery life.
