The company is very sincere in their work. As soon as I ordered, they contacted via WhatsApp and wanted to know the size of the burners before sending it. After confirming about the size they sent me two Big and one small Burners which are made of real brass. They are not burnt to "black" as the other products do within a couple of days and still after using it for the last seven days or so, they are still Brass yellow.

Product was not Brass. Within a day, it turned black. Just after 2-3 days some black powder was coming from burner caps and the gas flame turned green, indicating carbon monoxide. Image is of just 3 days after use and washed.

Fitting exactly what I think.

Looks good and heavy, first time I got one of the 3 burners damaged but seller promptly replaced the burners.2 out 3 fits perfectly one of it (medium size) is not fitting wellOver all happy with the purchase

Burner not matching

So, my faber burner was having problem of releasing yellow flame. So i placed order of this one. The seller is very professional, they asked me to send the picture of the current burner so that size can be matched. Since, i installed the new one the problem of flame was solved. My mom is happy that her cookstove is working fine now. Thanks a lot

Was very happy at the way the seller contacted me and checked minute details with pics of size of previous burner,brand of hot plate.only after satisfying themselves about these pertinent details did they dispatch the product.this aspect is very ethical,hope the product lives upto my expectations.
