Take with 16 ounces of water???
I just started using these so I can’t really give it a thorough review. I will say that this is the first supplement I have ever taken that had to be taken with 16 ounces of water. That is extremely difficult to do. ChatGPT even said what??! He/she/it gave me a breakdown of how to drink all of that water in a short amount of time but it still leaves me feeling waterlogged. Time will tell if this product works or not but I am positively positive! the waterlogged redhead

Love these. I have more energy, better mood, wake up faster and my hair doesn't shed as much or break. I take 2 every morning, but I dont suggest to do that at first. Start off with lower dose and work your way up. Definitely worth it.

Great Biotin Supplement — It Really works, I started taking this biotin supplement one week ago, and I can already see a big difference. My nails are growing faster and they feel much stronger. I’m very happy with the results. Great product — I recommend it!
