its too small for the e310 the threading where it connects to the base is too small to reach and the blade is too small compared to the facotry one.

I'm giving it 5 stars across the board, for now, because it works. It fits my Vitamix blender (small original container) and that was the first, most important thing. Now for the detailed analysis:1) The new blades are as dull as a butter knife (if not duller)! The original (on the right), are still pointy sharp and have a noticeable edge to the blades. They also seem slightly thinner and better crafted. However, I'm sure it wouldn't be too difficult to swap the blades, if it became a need.2) As can be seen from the pic, there is a slightly larger gap between the base and the blades, the threaded base is slightly longer (by one twist) and the gear may be slightly longer. However, these two aspects do not seem to affect how it fits in the gear mount on the Vitamix, which is good, as more surface area (seated deeper) would actually be beneficial, providing more traction.The new blades turns smoothly, but stiff, which is expected with new bearings. The old ones are stiff and grindy and... well... shot. :-D When I have the time or need or interest, I may disassemble the old ones and replace the bearings. But getting up and running again was of greater importance.As I use our blender mostly for my morning protein shake, as long as these blades can "take the chill off" (cold protein shake isn't much fun to drink for me; the Vitamix is known for being able to use blade friction to heat stuff up on high speed), then it will be good enough. However, if the dullness of the blades affects this function, that will definitely be a negative in my book.

He comprado varias veces (con este y otro proveedor) tratando de encontrar la cuchilla de vástago largo. Esta es más corta y no alcanza a encajar (queda flotando).El proveedor nunca respondió mis dudas o me indicó cuál es el modelo que requería.Finalmente fuí a un taller de torno con la cuchilla original, la des-ensablaron, fuí a comprar los baleros, y el taller de torno ensambló la pieza (incluso pedí me afilaran las cuchillas- aunque sabemos que vitamix trabaja por potencia, no con cuchillas afiladas). Estoy muy contento con el resultado. Considero que al menos tendrá unos 3 más más de vida.

The original blade I got lasted me 10 years this blade that I bought barely lasted me eight months.The ball bearings are all loose and causing the Vitamix to leak again from the bottom.

Mi opinión es que la compré 3 veces y no le queda al vaso y yo le pedía el número que necesitaba y volvían a mandar la misma piesa para otra vez tengan cuidado de mandar lo que yo les pida
