It worked
The gateway just worked. the app recognized it. All the locks were recognized and can be controlled remotely through the gateway.

Doesn’t work!
Ordered this product since the Amazon tech representative said I needed it to make my front door work with Alexa. I spent hours talking with Amazon trying to make it work but no matter what I do, this does not work with my front door lock set. So it seems even if you buy both the front door lock set and this gateway from Amazon, it still won’t integrate. Save yourself money and a massive headache.
