Walnut Hollow French Provincial Plaque, 13-1/2-Inch by 8 by 5/8-Inch

Bought this for a craft project. It's a little thinner than I was expecting, but it worked. Nice piece of craft wood

I used this to hang a light fixture. The hole in the wall where the old fixture had been was larger than the bracket to hang the fixture, plus the studs were off center. I use this to cover the hole in the wall and to reach one of the studs. Much easier than replacing the whole panel of drywall and adding support to extend the studs to allow them to be used. I just painted it to match the wall, attached the light to it, and then hung it up.

Ordered two for a special project. Both look really great and should finish out nicely.

Stained and clear coated to my desire and used it to mount toilet paper holder. Adds class to the poppie!Also covered holes from older holder!

Tried to fasten to a wall with two small screws and the cheap wood immediately split.
