Difficult to fit and flexible pipe splitting already 3.5months on!!! Very disappointing.
Please read to the end.Fitted at end of December, flexible pipe has started splitting in several places!!! Leaking water. Little used as guest bathroom.Am trying again, hopefully will last longer!!! And will subsequently get more starsNow that I have taken a photo, and enlarged it, PROBLEM IDENTIFIED “MOUSE DAMAGE”

Not sealing great
Good product however the pleated seal leaked in the waste pipe. Had to remove dry and add silicone between the pleated flex and then pushed it in to make a solid seal. Maby it was because the rings pleated when pushed in?Works fine with silicone.

VERY GOOD
THIS WAS SO MUCH BETTER THAN PREVIOUS ONE I HAD .IT POPPED ON SNUGGLY AND NO LEAK FROM THE OFF..IT ADJUSTS SOME DIFFICULT ANGLES WITH NO PROBLEM AND DOES THE JOB NICELY , DEFINATLY BETTER THAN THE WICKES ONE I HAD BEFORE AND HAVE ON OTHER TOILET..MIGHT CHANGE TO THIS ONE TBH BEFORE IT STARTS TO PLAY UP

It leaks
even the new rubber in a perfect clean and with silicon grease lubed it still leaks, the rubber don`t have a good finish and maybe it is causing the problem, don`t work well. As It is not the most cheap I expected better quality
