Great almond flour for baking
Great almond flour taste and price. I’ve already made waffles, cookies and low carb bread. I use a lot of almond flour and like this brand a lot. Good quality.

Love this product - bonus recipe just for reading!
Love this product! I need to keep my sugars low and this allows me to continue to enjoy baked goods that double as meals. A favorite quick and easy crowd pleasing low-carb keto-friendly recipe I created with this product is a skillet shortcake. I'm not big on measuring, so these are all estimates... adjust to your liking. 1. Put 2 Tbsp butter (or use ghee, if you have it) in a skillet and heat to medium heat. 2. Melt butter in microwave (3 Tbsp), then whisk in rest of ingredients in this order: 1/2 cup Splenda (or equivalent sweetness of low-glycemic not-sugar of your choice), 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp almond extract, 1/3 cup full-fat sour cream, 2 eggs 2/3 cup Blanched Almond Flour 3. When the mixture is about the consistency of thick pancake batter (reminds me of cornbread batter), pour into hot buttered skillet and smooth it out with back of your spoon so it lies evenly in shape of a giant pancake. 4. When it looks like only the top is still "wet" then slide it onto a plate. Cover with the skillet and carefully invert them together so the other side of the cake is now facing down on the hot pan. 5. Let it finish cooking briefly. 6. Slice and enjoy. We love this smeared with slightly sweetened cream cheese/vanilla combo (make your own so you don't have sugar in it) and chopped fresh strawberries on it. Or, melt some sugar-free chocolate chips and spread on it for a soft biscotti type treat.

Excellent for lowing Carb intake!!!
I love Almond Flour and this brand is delicious and priced less than the others on the market!!! I make wickedly delicious Chocolate Chip cookies, devastatingly awesome brownies and fabulous cakes with Almond flour!!! And they are all about a tenth of the carbs as using regular bleached flour!!! It is now possible to keep your figure and still have lots of 'goodies' during the week!!! I swear my chocolate chip cookies with Almond flour are actually Better tasting than the ones Loaded with Carbs!!! Try almond flour and your waistline and belly will love it!!! Thank you!!!

Possible cross contamination risk for celiac patients
My daughter was recently diagnosed with celiac disease and I purchased this for gluten free baking. It came up as a top choice and I quickly purchased it without investigating further. Upon arrival of it though, I saw that it states it’s manufactured in a facility that also produces wheat. It’s not certified gluten free but is “naturally gluten free”...as almonds are. I didn’t want to risk cross contamination so I won’t use it for her but I won’t buy this one again when there are plenty of other brands that are actually certified gluten free. The taste and texture is fine. It’s a fine product for people who are voluntarily choosing to go against traditional wheat flour and don’t have to worry about cross contamination causing a celiac reaction.

EXCELLENT PRICE - EXCELLENT PRODUCT
I am now hooked on almond flour instead of white flour which is not healthy and high in carbs creating fat and belly fat. Almond flour is a great substitute, but usually very expensive. This brand, however, is well priced, fresh, and very good. I love it and use it to make my muffins, scones, pancakes, etc. You may need to add a portion of white or wheat flour to certain recipes for stability, but you can use it straight in other recipes. I mix mine with soy flour, garbanzo flour, coconut flour, etc. Just know your recipe and product quotas. Overall, good product. Love it.

For any serious, up-and-coming Paleos out there, this Nature's Eats Blanched Almond Flour is what you really want to have! Anyone new to the Paleo lifestyle knows how stressful the change of eating different foods can be. The is much you have to eliminate from your palate choices and this realization is hard to make in itself. When you start out with the proper ingredients, that happen to be quality items, then the transition isn't so hard to take! Making meals from scratch with wholesome products will enable you to stay-the-course since the flavor will be heightened in a positive way. The prices are better in most cases than what you find in your supermarkets because in these stores, they are considered specialty items and usually are marked-up. Take my advice and switch to this! You won't regret it!
