Built small and easy to handle for when transportation is a must. The 12 month limited warranty assumes the end user will attempt a reasonable effort to solve the problem his or herself. If the issue cannot be personally resolved, the customer may pay to ship the computer back to Preform Perform, who will fix it and pay for shipping to the end user. The warranty does not cover accidents such as spilling of liquids, nor does it cover intentional damage.
