i have used this for 3 weeks and nothing , someone tell me if i am using it wrong , there no burning sensation there has been no change very upsetting ,this product isn't doing isn't to reduce my man chest

I haven’t felt the burning sensation yet and I need help to find out what to do to have the burning sensation to work. Because I have used this twice and I cleanse my body after I get out of the shower and I just need to know how to activate so the burning sensation will work. Been using and noticed a big difference

I have been suffering from gynometsia for 10 years and I know no cream can make it go away. I have our real good and do not have much fat left. What I was looking for was a quick fix even if it's temporary. Just so I can apply cream and it can hold my man boobs for a while and spare me the embarrassment but what it does it make them slightly rounder but still pointy.Out of one bottle, gonna use second but don't have much hope
