This product may be good for some but we can't use for more than a week since it dries out our hair and scalp. We changed our diet to 100% Plant Base, low sugar, low caffeine diet. Well, after 10 years of suffering and 100's of topical treatments, that was the single best thing to clear up all the scalp psoriasis and other skin issues in 3 months. You won't believe the difference in your body, not just your skin!! You Tube has great recipe ideas, we found wonderful new vegan cheeses, Beyond Burgers. Beyond Sausages are my absolute favorite!! Even our carnivore friends can't tell the difference, deeelish!! There are all kinds of cool healthy foods out there now! We thought it was going to be hard, but we are eating with better flavors, better quality, saving tons of money, and having lots of fun with our new lifestyle. If we can do it, anyone can do it. I've been using Head and Shoulders for most of my adult life, but it never worked 100%; I had to use it every day or it would stop working, and over the last year or two it's become even less effective for me. I switched to Nizoral on the recommendation of DermDoctor on Youtube, and the dandruff has not come back. Plus since I only have to use Nizoral once or twice a week to keep my dandruff in check, on the off days I can use fun shampoos with nice fragrances and other hair care products that I couldn't use with H&S. I'm never switching back.
