My Granddaughter Loves It!
For the last 4 years I've gotten my granddaughter some type of Schleich product for her birthday. She loves playing with them which makes it easy for me to help with completing collection of these toys. They are made of great quality and each of these toys are made with details are specifically designed to last year after year.

Incomplete product
The product was missing the action figure. A great disappointment to my son, who felt awful for in his excitement he tore through the packaging making us unable to return the product.

Propeller didn't last 2 days
Bought this for my grandson who LOVES your products and has quite a few. He was so excited about the helicopter. One half of the blade broke when it fell and landed on it. The other half came off when he was playing a little rough. Now I understand it is just plastic, but for that age kids (5) it should be a little more resilient.
