I couldn't find your model, but if it has the same frame and handle as the All Power 6000 Peak/5000 Running Watts Portable Gas Generator - APGG6000, then it should be a good fit. You can also contact IGAN and they will give you a definitive answer.

Q: Can the craftsman 10500 watt generator be run in heavy snowfall with this cover?

The cover appears to be made to roll up the 4 sides during operation, although we have not officially run our generator with this cover as of yet. The generator still have to be vented, hence the ease of rolling up the sides

If your generator is portable, has wheels it will work

Q: Will this cover keep enough heat in to keep my carb from icing up?

To be honest I wouldn't think so as when the sides are rolled its designed to let the heat and exhaust out not keep a generator warm. In fact,, running it with the sides down is a definite no go and IMO could be dangerous and also damage the generator through over heating. Out of curiosity the icing of carbs only seems to happen on plane engines where humidity can be high and temperature very low. In mid Florida where I live at almost sea level, the humidity is very often 95% but the temperature is rarely near freezing so its never happened for me.
