This thing can cut. I cut a fuel pump access hole in my Jeep with it and it worked great. Doesn't even look like it wore down any. It looks about the same size when i bought it.

I used this cutting wheel to cut off extremely stuck and rusted exhaust nuts so I could install a new catalytic converter. It did a pretty good job on the nuts that didn't have a lot of space for a larger tool, and it still has a lot of life left after the job. Pretty impressed!

Bought the Dremel diamond tipped saw to cut carbide for lathe tools and it is doing a good job. Well worth the cost.

Very durable and long lasting. However, these cutting wheels don't seem to cut as quickly as other Dremel wheels. But again, they last an incredibly long time.

Used this to cut through a front hub on a van, because the bolt head got rounded. Cut with no problem and didn't break or wear out. Definitely a lot better than the regular cutting disks.

Used to cut stainless tubing. Handled it with no problem.

When even the small 3-inch angle grinder is too big and a mini hacksaw won't get the job done it's time for the Dremel to come from its case to accomplish the cutting task.The EX506HP 1.5-inch metal cutting wheel, although a little pricey, cuts through most metals with ease. When other power tools are too large to get into that tight space this cutting disk does what's needed.Thick enough to keep its shape while thin enough for precise cutting.
