good product with fairly good instructions. another user posted good instructions, but....here what you do to make it easy: yes, use more than enough lubricant, dripping everywhere. do it outside or in garage, or use plenty of newspaper to catch drips. after you start pushing the very wet grip on to the club ROTATE OR TWIST the grip to get it to slide on. you can push it or hammer it on, but twisting it is much easier (as if you were screwing it on).if you are a short person, not tall, you may only need half a strip of tape (but full length). the instruction pictures look wrong for the tape.I buy the product because I shortened my club (driver). I cut six inches off the club, so obviously I needed a new grip. I buy a standard size grip and it fit.

Needed to replace grips. This kit had what I needed. Easy and had instructions included. Get it save money doing grips yourself.

Material works well. Easy to use. Happy with the installation after I realized I didn't put enough in the grip for it to slide easily down the shaft. Don't skimp. Plenty to replace 12 grips.

Overall, this kit is fantastic. Gives you everything you need to regrip clubs on your own.Cleaning off the old tape as honestly the most tedious part. I used goo gone for this (careful not to let the goo gone get on the golf grips- it ruins them) . The shaft has to be clean for optimal results.The included blade/knife is SHARP. Cut the old grips like butter- required almost zero effort.The new precut tape wrapped around the shaft almost perfect. The measurement was as close as it gets. The glue activated almost instantly with the solution bottle. Science!!!!The glue does get messy- that's why it’s recommended to push the replacement grips in one smooth motion. Else the stop/go movement will cause glue to fall/spill over to the outside of the grips—- Making a mess.For $12, it’s definitely worth a try on your own.

If you are hesitating on whether you can regrip clubs yourself….don’t hesitate . This kit was all you needed. Don’t need a table vice and super easy to do. Just YouTube “golf club regrip no vice”

I've used a few different options over the years and this one is excellent.

After you have done one or two you can put a new grip on in less than ten minutes, need to see if they last which will take a few games
