VXi 202922 D200 Dialpad Single-Line Telephone For Use with Communications Headsets

I've had a Plantronics T10 for several years but the electronic hum was getting too annoying. It had been an intermittent irritation, but seemed to be more constant in recent weeks. If I put it on mute the hum went away completely and I could hear callers better, but of course they couldn't hear me when it was muted.My new D200 has significantly better call quality. So much so that callers noticed it and mentioned it to me without my telling them I had a new phone.I wanted to turn the ringer off completely, and according to page 3 of the user's guide: "RINGER SETTINGS ...To adjust the volume of the ringer, set the RING switch to the HI (H) or LOW (L) position. To turn the ringer off, set the switch to the OFF (A) position."So I set it OFF. Next thing I knew I was getting complaints from callers when I was away from at my desk that they would call, it rings once or twice (on their end), then it picks up as if I had answered it. I contacted tech support at VXI Corporation and they confirmed this as being by design. The "A" stands for "auto-answer." But yes, the ringer does get turned off when the switch is in the "A" position.If you don't mind having the ringer on, you'll be pleased to own this phone.

This is the 2nd phone like this I've purchased. I work at home on telephony for a call center. My first phone did great for 4 years then started hanging up on people. I figured I just wore it out and bought another one 10 months ago. It was great until now and the mute button stopped working. I thought I was muting my coughs, but the caller offered me a cough remedy! I really need that mute button.I love the phone other than that. I need to replace it again and I'm debating on what to buy again.

This is not a new product- definitely used!!! the keypad numbers are faded and the skew sticker is ripped. This should have indicated it was a Used piece of equipment.

After a couple of months, this unit drops calls randomly.I'm using it with a Plantronics Savi W745 Wireless headset.I take another phone off hook and mute it to prevent calls from being lost. When the D200 disconnects, I press the on/off button and my call is still there. The downside is I always forget to hangup the other phone when my call is done.I don't have this issue using my Plantronics Wireless Headset with skype (USB to MBP) or my cell phone (Bluetooth).Moving the D200 Keypad further away from the Plantronics base helps, but doesn't completely solve the issue.I'm still exploring solutions. I haven't found another brand of keypad to replace this with.

I purchased this product with the additional cord and headset for a work-at-home position. I didn't work for the company very long due to the insufficient training; however, the dialpad and headset were perfect for this position. My co-workers verified the audio was clear and I didn't have any issues with the customers. I found the dialpad extremely easy to use and appreciated the mute key. The ringer was a little loud but not a problem. Overall I was very pleased with the quality and price. The small footprint was also key for me as I wanted to have more space available on my desk for other essential items.

This is the second VXI dialpad I have owned. The first one lasted 6+ years of heavy duty 40 hours a week use. I paid a few dollars for expedited handling and wow! I placed my order late on 5/9 and this was at my door by 5/13. I'm very pleased with the product and the seller! Thank you! :)

Too much static. Sold it.

Best Purchase! I purchased a Smith Corona to work at home and I have had to give up 2 weeks of work trying to get it fixed. Very happy with this one!
