Finally broke my old Granboard 2 after years and years of use. Decided to get the flashier GranBoard 3S and love the bells and whistles. My player change button was acting up right out of the box, and Customer Support shipped a replacement right away. I was still able to change players via the app, and I don't mind swapping out the part. They also said I could just return it for a new one, but swapping the part was easier for me. The LED effects are super cool, love all the games and practice AI animals. I also have the GrandCam and play online with people all over the world.

The media could not be loaded. If you are torn between the Arachnid Cricket Pro "X" and all the other options, I would say that the Gran Board 3s is by far your only true option.
