This product changed my life. I was referred to this brand by my functional provider. My heart rate used to be in the 80-90s at rest and that caused me to feel anxiety in situations that should have not felt anxious. I have tracked my heart rate for the past year with Kardia (look that product up). The beginning of the year I was not taking this supplement and as stated before my heart rate was 80-90s at rest and in sinus rhythm. Now, after taking this supplement, my resting heart rate is high 60s- low 70s and in sinus rhythm. My sleep has been more restful and my anxious feelings are more appropriate for the situation. My life has improved so much that I am able to concentrate better, things don't bother me as much, and I feel better about my future. The pills are easy on the stomach and have no caused any gastric issues.
