I can warm it for 4 minutes 2 per side and it's perfect for my sciatic pain.

Will use it if I struggling but find the inner sink to the bottom of the pad would be better if the sewing was in squares

Couldn’t even use it once. The pad had micro bugs all over it inside the plastic bag. I wish I had read some of the other reviews. It went into the bin straight..I am just worried that the bugs haven’t spread into the house.

El tamaño es como se indica, me queda la duda de si será duradera. No me gustó que no se le pueda quitar la funda exterior para poder lavarlo, ya que así no se puede lavar nunca, y será menos duradera en el tiempo. Tengo otra que me ha durado años de uso constante, esta no va a ser el caso, a pesar de que su forma, etc.. Me gusta. Tienen otra de un tamaño superior, si quieres que te cubra toda la espalda, quizá esa sería más adecuada, pero me parecía algo cara. Y tenía la duda de si las semillas estarían uniformes como en una lámina como parece en la foto, pero no es el caso.

I purchased this pad for my husband who has a lot of knee pain. It is a little smaller than I wanted, but my husband can easily elevate his leg on his recliner and drape this pad over his knee. It seems to bring him relief. As far as heat retention, I have used the pad on my shoulder and it also works well. The heat seems to last for approximately 20 minutes, getting a bit cooler with each passing minute but it is still warm after 20 minutes. I put it in the microwave for 2 mins. maximum. There is no adverse odor with this bag unlike some other brands. The material on 1 side of the pad is very soft and fur like. The opposite side of the pad consists of a cotton like blend. (See Photos). Either side can be used. I also like the fact that there are 5 separate chambers to the pad so that if a hole develops in 1 chamber, you only risk losing the seeds contained in that section and not the seeds from the entire pad. So far, we have used this pad numerous times over several months and it still holds up quite well. I would recommend this microwaveable heating pad.
