This cream worked
I haven't been getting a lot of sleep with the pain I get in my knee,I have arthritis in my ankle so am assuming arthritis spreads,put some cream on before I went bed last night,had the most brilliant night sleep I didn't even put a lot on,so am hoping it lasts a while

i think this helped my knees
i think this has helped my knees. i love the size of the tube as well-ideal for your bedside cabinet, handbag etc. a very light scent.

Doesn't work for me.
Does not help with my knee pain - to be fair I believe my knee is to far gone for anything to ease the pain. Currently waiting for a TKR.
