Excellent protein
No fillers, nothing fake, just protein. You get used to the “unflavored” flavor. Excellent protein, especially with the price break at the 10 pound bag.

Best bulk
Bad flavor, but easy to doctor. Add a tiny bit of good quality maple syrup in the protein shake and you're golden. Best deal on Amazon for protein. Will be buying every time from now on.

Overall 4.5 out of 5, flavor is 3.25 out of 5.
I’ve tried around 7-9 different protein powders that are pretty similar to this brand, and while it does have an odd almost malted vanilla ice cream flavor… (maybe this is what one of those freeze-dried astronaut malted vanilla milkshakes might taste like?) … it meets all of my other criteria very well. It’s not my favorite flavor of all the brands I’ve tried. That would go to the Rival Nutrition & Rule 1 vanilla ice cream whey isolate powders, however they both use the sucralose sweetener, which I’m less sure about for overall safety. I think I’ll stick with this Now Nutrition Vanilla power for the foreseeable future as I do like the additional glutamine (my joints are definitely starting to show signs of all the wear and several tears they’ve gone through over the years…). It also blends nicely into smoothies and the odd morning coffee when I’m feeling the need for an extra dose of muscle support.

Great taste and excellent value for the mone
This protein powder tastes great and mixes smoothly. The creamy vanilla flavor is really good, and for the size you get, it’s an amazing value. Perfect for daily shakes and workouts. Highly recommended!

Excellent taste. Superior value. Does not clump.
I typically don’t like to review products I’ve only purchased once. I will but I prefer to purchase an item 3-4 times before reviewing. It’s hard to find a good tasting, high protein powder, 10 pound bag… at a good price. Please compare this to others and see for yourself. NOW Whey Protien offers all of this. Very well flavored, great value for the price and high in Protien. This will be my sixth bag and I will keep ordering. It’s really good stuff.

Will buy again.
Amazing for cooking! Try one egg, 43g of this stuff, 60g of water, mix it together and make yourself a high protein pancake. Awesome.

Into the garbage it goes...
I have been using Now’s Unflavored Whey Protein Isolate for a few years and ordered this by mistake (so that’s on me). I didn't notice the mistake until I used it in my shake. I agree with the other reviewers who call the taste sickeningly sweet. It also has the typical stevia aftertaste. When I compared the ingredients, here’s what I found. The unflavored has two ingredients - Whey Protein Isolate and (< 1%) Sunflower Lecithin. Super clean protein. This flavor has a Whey Protein Blend [Ultrafiltered Whey Protein Concentrate, Microfiltered Whey Protein Isolate and Enzymatically Hydrolyzed Whey Protein Concentrate] along with Natural Vanilla Flavor, Xylitol, Xanthan Gum, Free-Form L-Glutamine and BetterStevia [Organic Stevia Extract (Leaf)]. Into the garbage this goes... and back to the unflavored.

Easy Vanilla flavor
The vanilla flavor tastes like tapioca pudding, without the tapioca. I like it, but I like the chocolate flavor better.
