was kinda just hoping for the best and wasnt expecting too much since the price was so low, but it's beautiful. crisp visuals and audio. good weight so it doesn't feel flimsy. easy to set up (i have an android phone so it transferred my back up data/installed all my apps in maybe 15-20 minutes). and now i have a great sized screen to do school work on, read and watch videos. I was on it for about 4 hrs yesterday with no noticable drain in battery. an amazing value for the price point.*haven't tested the camera/video quality for chats/virtual meetings yet*for those who care, all audio comes out of one of the longer sides so it can feel odd listening to something when holding the tablet upright. if it's horizontal, it's not noticeable.

The OS runs relatively slow and not all apps are available through Google Play. My guess is weak hardware but you’d expect it to at least run smoothly when first purchased. Fairly basic apps crash upon opening and it’s just something you have to get used to…Finding accessories for it proved difficult as well since it’s not one of the “big guys” tablets. Took us two tries for screen protectors, two tries to find a case that would work, and three tries to find my wife a point-of-sale stand that would fit it. Just be careful and read accessories descriptions carefully.Edit: Changing to 4 stars. This tablet has worked great for my kids! They use it for streaming, educational games, and taking pictures/videos.

This company really has over the top customer service. I had a small problem with my original tablet, and they replaced it immediately. No questions asked. I love the tablet and it works wonderfully. Susie was my customer service rep and is wonderful. Susie replied promptly and followed through immediately. My new tablet arrived in just a few days. It is a wonderful tablet and has beautiful clarity. I highly recommend it.

This tablet takes such a long time to load apps! And then most of the time it will drop you out of the app for no apparent reason. Runs an old version of Android and doesn't seem to be a way to update it. Plus, only uses 2 gig wifi! Some videos or games run very jerkily. Based my purchase on someone else's good review, but obviously they didn't use it for much! It does have a nice screen, very vibrant. But, it only charges eith the provided charger although a have various other ones.If I knew the troubles this one had I would've spent just a little bit more and would've gotten a much better tablet! Was a waste for my purposes.

The setup was easy but very very slow. Everything on the tablet is slow - slow at startup, slow opening and closing apps, slow opening emails, etc. I bought it to carry with me for reading books so I'm okay with it being slow. It takes a while to open my Kindle app but as far as e-books, it is easy to read and just what I needed.

Upon opening this tablet, it was really sleek, sturdy and easy to set up. I had to charge it which took only a few hours to full battery life which wow is really good. The battery life lasted a full day nonstop with my kids watching. The internet works perfectly once set up, it has all the features like an android phone and is really easy to use. The only thing I would say could use an upgrade is the quality of photos, but given the price point of this and what it's used for this is a great little tablet! Definitely recommend.

Slow, laggy only play it for a certain casino app. Our wifi is awesome but this tablet goes on circles, non responding most times. We've cleared cache and storage still gives us problems. Great at first but now it's showing issued definitely not worth paying when it's not worth buying! After 2 months is ridiculous, ripped off feeling with purchase, when we could of got another brand maybe would have lasted way more months even a year possibly. But this tablet no, it's going to be in the garbage anytime now. We do not recommend!

This tablet has a bright screen and a decently size screen. Tablet is light yet sturdy. The volume is excellent, it's loud enough for traveling in the car. The tablet connects to wifi easily. It plays movies, general app play and internet browses well. The screen is very responsive to touch, there is little to no lag.
