Felt some alertness when I took 2 capsule. I still believe it should be a part of your relaxation plan and not a mental-health silver bullet. Pair it with other good habits like exercise, hydrate, good sleep, and a healthy social life. A lot of anxiety is "learned behavior". You will have to us this as an enabler to unlearn it. Use it to glide through exposure to anxiety causing situations and then wean off once you manage to build mental resilience.

I didn't feel any difference. I've been using it since 2 weeks. Took 2 capsules at a time as well. Nothing happened, felt as if these capsules are filled with some useless powder. It doesnt work. Please don't waste your money on it. I don't recommend buying it. Waste of money...
