Not sure if its the product or if I received a bad/fake but the bad reviews are true! Used one time, tiny amt. My eyes are pissed. Bloodshot when I got up and red, irritated and itchy all day it got worse. Please dont purchase, especially for the price. Also I realized afterwards mine also had the odd brown stuff in it.

I have to admit this serum actually worked for me. My lashes looked longer and thicker, and I didn’t experience any irritation or side effects (personal experience). Something I really appreciate since many lash serums can be too harsh. It seems gentle and effective which I love, that said, packaging could use improvement, the applicator tip on mine didn’t stay properly attached so when I try to click to dispense the product, nothing will come out, then once I realize it was loose and finally clicked it back in place, a ton of product came out at once and got wasted. I’m not sure if it was just a defective unit but definitely be careful and make sure it’s tightly attached every time, overall I think it works and delivers great results. I just wish the packaging match the quality of the formula.
