Grain Free High Protein Adult Dry Dog Food with Lamb, 4 lb. Bag

My dogs have been eating this brand of food for some time now. We have aussises and they love all the flavors but have been sticking with Lamb mostly lately. They never seem to get sick and their coats always look lush. I would recommend this food to anyone trying to change their dogs diet to a better quality food!

My dog is quite a picky eater and his breed requires only the best ingredients which often makes finding food for him a pain. He just turned a year old and even after all that time I still found myself searching for that top caliber food that he will love to eat. Then the other day I came across Crave. I had never heard of it before but it checked off all the right items. High protein check, grain free check, no artificial flavors check, and I found the packaging interesting. Thus, I figured I would give it a try and I am certainly glad I did. My dog who I often have to prod into trying new food went directly over to his bowl and finished it off right away. Plus the bag is resealable which makes my life easier. I think I have finally found my dog's go to food.

I have a 17 year old pitbull. She’s had a lot of trouble with weight loss in her geriatric years despite still being healthy and still having all of her faculties. I also have a miniature pinscher who is much younger. I’m very picky about what they eat, but finding a food they can both eat can be difficult. The “old lady” needs high protein and the “little man” puts on weight very easily. This food has been wonderful for the both of them. The geriatric dog has put on and maintained a healthy weight and the little dog, although I have to feed him less, is quite happy with his smaller portions. This is because the ingredients are good quality and not full of fillers that leave them hungry. They have been eating a different high quality brand for several years and doing well, but the cost just isn’t feasible anymore. I tried this brand because I found it on sale, and the regular price is within the budget. I’m very happy with the results and the dogs seem to be, too.

I didn't realize my pup was so picky with her food. We tried other more expensive brands and she would walk away from her dish. I decided to try this brand as discussed with my vet. She recommended a "high protein" brand and I showed her this. It has very little "extra" and lots of protein which is needed for my high energy dog. My pet will beg for more of this food which is great for us to see as she dislikes so many other brands. I love there are so many flavors to chose from which keeps my pet interested in her food. She wags all over when it's time to eat.

Like many dog owners, sourcing the proper food can be tricky, time consuming and hard on your pets health. I have large breed American Bulldogs that require high calorie diets and are very picky when it comes to food. They know quality food, their stools tell no lie.. This food has an adequate level of calorie content per serving and the ingredient are pure and of high quality. My dogs have ZERO issue digesting the food and CRAVE! is a proper description for how they devour the food.. Their stools are firm "loafy" and of a dark color... Not runny, yellow / bile vomit like stools... this is where you can tell a good source of dog food, does the dog eat it ? does their stool look healthy and of a dark color? firm but not hard "loafy" I like to say... Anyway the calorie content is most important for large active breeds along with the quality ingredients of which Crave delivers.. My only issue and why I had to stop buying is because the cost is too expensive... CRAVE... ARE YOU LISTENING? SELL A 40LB BAG FOR AROUND $50-$60 bucks and I will be a lifetime buyer.... Until then I am back to experimenting with alternatives :-( and my dogs hate me now :-/

I recommend this brand to everyone. My dog is painfully picky. And when I found something she would eat, I'd be lucky if it lasted a month before she stopped. She would eat the whole bag if id let her!

My dogs love this food! It is highly rated (5 stars) on the dog food advisor site. She loves it with or without adding a bit of soft food. Her coat is shiny and no tummy issues. Bites are small enough for little dog. I order the smallest bag so it stays fresh. (A small bag will last her more than 2 months.) She's happy! I'm happy! Highly recommend this brand and their products!
