I love this little lunch bag. I use my own ice packs and containers in it, I didn't care for the ones it came with, the lids didnt seal well but the size of it, shaker bottle and the fact it seals in the cold well really pleases me. I'm able to fit a lunch and a couple snack containers in it along with a bottle of dressing and keep it at my desk all day. Not to mention the shaker bottle is super ergonomic, probably one of my favorite shakers because of that.

I have had this set for a couple of years now and it is still as good as new and while I never originally used the shaker I do now and it is a good quality shaker that mixes my smoothies up really well.This lunch pack is the perfect fit for premeasuring food.I purchased on the advise of my nutritionist and am very pleased.I have not had any issues with the lids not closing, or the containers breaking after over 6 months of daily use.I do not microwave the containers - I have glass ones at work that I use for reheating the contents.There are no issues with the seams, zippers or liners - nothing - this is a great product with more than enough room for breakfast, lunch and snacks. I realise its just a lunch bag .. but even I am surprised how faithfully I have used it.I got rid of a large number of assorted plastic containers that I was using to pack my lunches and only use these.Check the different colours as there is a big difference in price - I purchased the pink one as it was half the price of the grey one.There is a smaller version as well that may be next on my list.

I love the amount of storage containers that come with it. Great compact space. I loved everything about it, except the lid on the shaker bottle is extremely hard to push down that is the only down side to the lunch kit.

Absolutely in love!!! I love how convenient the containers are with the measurements on the side, the ice pack is perfect so it’s not another thing I need to worry about, and a vitamin container!!! I’m in heaven! The shaker bottle is even awesome for my protein shakes!

Fit and Fresh Meal Prep Bag is very nice on the go lunch bag. It meets most of my every day needs, especially when I need to run out of the house quickly.The bag comes with a cup holder on one side, leaving the other side empty. I personally would prefer an additional cup holder since I carry multiple water bottles or a mix of different beverages but one will do without problems. The handle of the bag on top is stitched in and non removable and has 2 links on each side attached to the bag itself making the durability great.The zipper is of quality and opens with ease with only one side of entry. Inside, the first thing I noticed was the six Tupperware included. For meal prepping they are very generous with a couple spacious options. From reading through I gained the knowledge of the plastics being BPA free and safe to microwave and dish wash which is always a huge plus.The bag also comes with a very large ice pack that keeps food nice and cold for the duration of the day. The ice pack is think enough though to fit perfectly between the tupperware. The durability of the ice pack is long lasting and not a cheap version you find in the cheap medical kits for a one time use.Inside the bag also has a fishnet pocket with a giving size. I personally keep a few packets of oatmeal, a dark chocolate piece, crystal light flavor tube, and the pill organize. I could fit even more in, I just haven't had a reason to do so yet.The pill organizer is great with five compartments of varying sizes. The sizes accommodates different sizes of pills you are taking, whether they be a BCAA, vitamin, or something for medical reasons. The pill organizer clips down with a nice safe lock which you need to push in to open and hasn't opened any other way. I have dropped it to test the durability and am happy of what I saw.To conclude my review I must say I am happy for what I bought with the money. This is a Meal Prep Bag for an on the go moment in my opinion and limits in size. It is on the smaller size compared to some of the other meal prep bags and does quite well for what is given to you.
