Great little picks
Smaller than your typical Tortex picks with a smooth finish. The sharper tip allows for tighter movements especially with speed picking, but your skills and practice are going to make a bigger difference no matter what pick you're using. After using these, standard picks feel kinda chunky by comparison but I'll switch back and forth to whichever I grab first. All down to personal preference, and definitely worth a try!

You'll never go back.
Ive been using these picks for over a year now and I refuse to play without them. If you're switching from a larger pick you may take some time to get used to these but I promise you you'll never go back!Smaller picks make hybrid picking and pinch harmonics so much easier and the 1mm is an ideal thickness for its size, even though made of a slightly soft plastic there is almost no flex what so ever and they take a long time to go blunt which is always great for something of this price.Jazz III products are amazing and you really can't go wrong with making the switch.

Not my cup of tea, but great pics
I absolutely love my tortex jazz III pics, so I figured I'd give these a shot since they were really cheap when I ordered.

A little to slippery
I usually use Jazz III max-grips or the ultex version. These are the right shape but just a little to flimsy compared to what i'm used to now. They are also quite slippery for me. Nothing inherently wrong with them but they just aren't for me.Might use them for acoustic playing instead of the intended purpose of using them with my electrics.
