I am a runner. I do often run over 10km a day. I had long lasting knee pain, since I'm using this tumeric and black pepper vitamin my pain is nearly gone. Quick effect and good value for money. Don't think twice 🙂

Not noticed a great difference yet. But will keep going.

Did not appear to reduce pain levels at all.

Only tried these once then went back to my old vitamins. They were cheaper then these & did the same job

On opening I found the capsule bottle contained large flaky pieces with with the capsules and powder crusted around the lid. I contacted Bettervits immediately supplying photos and code information. They have responded very slowly showing no concern and I feel they are just kicking the can down the road hoping I’ll go away. There is a potential health hazard here. Not sure what more I can do but they are anything but a professional company. What contact I receive is sent in the small hours so customer care is presumably outsourced overseas.

I have been taking these supplements for a while and noticed improvements in joint pain and overall wellbeing but after a routine blood test I was told by my doctor to discontinue taking these as they can effect your liver enzymes I am healthy non smoker non drinker after retests without any supplements back to normal. I would recommend speaking to a doctor before taking any supplements.
