Works great to house LED Tape lights under kitchen cabinets.

I used this product to create a nice lighting effect on my Travel Trailer. Overall I am very satisfied with this product. There were no instructions so I just had to let the noodle finger it all out...1 being easy and 5 Being difficult:Overall Installation was 3 because the average user will probably not have a laser level and have no idea about pre-drilling holes.Aligning them to match up perfect with each other 3 without any advanced tools if you have a string to mark the strait line for your screws then the difficult would be about a 2.Suggestions... Since this doesnt come with instructions here are some things I would note for anyone taking on this product. Make a strait Line for your screws. Then 1.5 inch in from where you want to start make the first hole then every 9 inches after that mark 3 more holes. Do this for EACH aluminium channel you install. Then use a 3/32 drill bit and make your holes where you marked them. Then take your 90 degree brackets and mount each one with the screws provided. DO NOT tighten them too much the bracket should be able to SPIN freely once the screw has been driven all the way in and is secure. Then take your aluminium bracket and install them.Now I personally used this on a travel trailer which I was not too confident in the screws to hold up to driving speeds and or any crazy winds so I used 3M double sided tape to add additional level of security.If you are using this outside with LED lights please be sure to get something that is already rated to be outdoors. IP66 or greater. This is not a water tight product. The ends are subject to being exposed to moisture.

Fantastic method of supporting LED under cabinet lighting and Mirror back lighting.

This track installs very easily and the design was solid. The LED lights stuck to the aluminum track without any issues. There are some areas I would love to see some improvement. The lens cover is supposed to diffuse the light and produce a soft glow. It does a pretty decent job, but I can still see a dotted light pattern of the LED's behind it. I would like to see more light diffusion. The mounting screws are also very tiny, hard to hold and start. I was luckily installing this against wood so they were strong enough. But if I was installing this against drywall, they would never had held (too small). I also only needed a couple of these, but you can only buy these in groups of 6 or more so I now have a lot of waste. Lastly the connectors that let you connect these together are sold separately. I understand maybe not including the 90 degree turns and such, but if you are going to makes someone buy 6 of these there must be an assumption they are going to connect them together. Overall, they are a decent product for the price and work for what I needed.

It makes your LED install look professional and clean. The frosted cover looks like faded dots. If it was a blended color stream that would be awesome .. but you can see each individual led squares...just not as bright. The alimunium mounting is worth it.. buy some better 3M tape is my recommendation as the stock LED tape is good but for perfect conditions which is rare as we have temperature diffences with moister and heat. But these alimunim mounting rails are awesome ! Pics are with and without frosted covers. Keep in mind that light projected via cameras is not always accurate. The frosted covers do show the led squares faded..where the exposed show a sharp cut square. They both look good depending on your preference.. I think the seller should get more detailed pics of LED installed with his product and will inspire confidence in his product.. overall he /she sales a quaility product.

Why did I not find this product sooner!!!! Added these around a new addition to my existing deck and took all of 15 minutes! It took me 4 hours to add 2 strips around our original 16x12 patio. Drilling out the holes for each of the little light holders was such a pain and this was so easy! Only thing I drilled were the included screws and brackets then attached the shields. I then added the lights and put the plastic covers on and boom done in 15 minutes! I couldn’t recommend these enough if you are adding any outdoor led lights. They are a must for any future projects for me.

The connectors that come with these only have one screw hole, the problem with that (for me) was the way that I have to install these, there is no way that I can install the connector by itself and then slide the raceway though.The connectors they have as side-products, if I can call them that, they have two holes, so I am able to screw it in with no real hassle.Other than that issue, this product looks amazing. You can't tell where the connect when the LEDs are on, or whatever you're using. Overall I am very satisfied.I would buy this product again if I ever did a similar project.

These aluminum channels fit my LEDs perfectly and the aluminum ends matched up perfectly too. I had to install and remove the plastic covers several times while making adjustments, and the plastic was excellent quality. Not brittle, not flimsy. Just right. The steel clips supplied in the box fit the aluminum channels perfectly, and allowed me to unmount the channels when needed, then snap them back in. I'm experienced with lots of small hardware, and this product really keeps its quality control and dimensions right where they need to be. Great quality.
