Adjustable back tabs of heavy elastic and hook and loop closures ensure a snug fit. Two rows of 2 inch reflective tape across the shoulders and the front and the back of this vest make this a multipurpose cooling vest, as it converts into a safety-cooling vest very Visible during day and at night.
